Return & Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY
If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
1. Email to cheetahmatecontact@gmail.com first and we'll respond within 24 hours.
Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number and your return reason.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to the return conditions.
Return Conditions
1. Items received within 30 days.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without notifying us in advance.
4. If you need to return because of personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping charges.
Exchange
If the apparel has color, size or quality issue, a free replacement will apply.
